Eating before sleep will leave you tossing and turning all night. It’s a bad habit unless you are seeking high quality nightmares and some extra kilos. So if you want to lose weight, it’s definitely  something you shouldn’t do as it can affect your body by producing fat. Always try to eat dinner a couple of hours before you go to sleep. I know it’s hard, but remember the golden rule: ‘eat to live, not live to eat’. So when going to bed you feel like having a snack, try to resit. Believe me, your flat belly next morning is worth it.
